One of the main ways we help is by providing opportunities for skills development and continuous learning. Our team of rural small business specialists have developed a broad range of business training options that enable small business owners to learn exactly what they need to know, when they need to know it. Whether you are looking for one-on-one coaching, business mentoring, training seminars, online courses or specialized workshops, we’ve got you covered.

Business counseling and advice – We provide assistance with topics such as writing a business plan, developing a business expansion strategy, securing financing and much more. We offer these services free of charge for the first four hours.

Business consulting services – We help with business projects like marketing plans, feasibility studies or investment attraction strategies for an hourly fee.

Customer Service Workshop

Being a part of a trade show or market can be a wise investment for any company. But preparation is important because it can ‘make or break’ how well you succeed during the show. Employees must realize that they are acting as a representative for the company and should be knowledgeable of its products and services.
